Our morning begins with Fajr prayer and morning adhkar followed by breakfast to nourish body and soul. With hearts open, we’ll set out on a gentle walk to the nearby town, Città della Pieve a charming pocket of Tuscany where cobblestone streets, local cafés, and warm smiles await. Take time to wander, browse small artisan shops, and enjoy a cup of Italian coffee as you soak in the beauty of slow living. Afterwards, we’ll immerse ourselves in a tafakkur activity amidst nature - grounding, breathing, and observing the signs of Allah in creation. A morning of simplicity, serenity, and soulful connection.
After returning and sharing lunch together, we’ll gather for Shakirah Sabira’s second teaching session. This session will explore the feminine cycle as an inner compass, guiding us to reconnect with our fitrah and embrace womanhood as a path of balance and mercy. With Qur’anic reflection, wisdom from women of our tradition, and interactive practices, sisters will be invited to truly embody their learning. The session concludes with a tea-blending workshop, where we’ll create personalised womb tea blends — a grounding, feminine activity that ties knowledge into lived experience.
As night falls, we’ll enjoy a comforting dinner, followed by prayer, Qur’an recitation, and a bonfire reflection circle under the stars — a soulful space to share, connect, and release before the retreat draws to its close.
