We recommend booking flights to Bali (Denpasar) and then transiting to Lombok Airport for the retreat. This route is usually the easiest option for both arrival and return.

General Refund & Cancellation Terms

• Strictly Non-Refundable Payments: All payments toward your booking are strictly non-refundable, as we pay vendors and service providers upfront. We are not responsible for additional travel costs or consequential expenses incurred due to cancellation.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made 40 days or fewer before the start date are non-refundable in full due to non-recoverable vendor costs.

• Replacement Policy: If you cannot attend, it is your responsibility to find someone to take your spot. Any transfer must comply with our registration terms.

Turquoise waters, palm-fringed beaches, and a gentle island breeze welcome you to Lombok. Upon arrival at Lombok International Airport, you’ll be greeted by your retreat team, complete with warm smiles, cool towels, and instant sisterhood vibes. A short transfer brings you to your beachfront resort in Senggigi, where ocean waves and swaying palms set the tone for the week ahead.

This evening, we gather for a calm welcome and intention-setting circle. Introductions, grounding exercises, and a shared dinner of local specialties allow you to settle into the space.

The Gili Islands are more than beautiful, they feel otherworldly. After breakfast, we meet our local guide and travel by private air-conditioned bus to Teluk Nare Harbor. A private boat takes us across turquoise waters to the enchanting islands of Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, and Gili Air.

Snorkeling begins immediately. Coral reefs explode with colour beneath you. Tropical fish dart past, sea turtles glide gracefully alongside, and swimming with these gentle creatures feels surreal and humbling.

After snorkeling, we explore Gili Trawangan by bicycle. The island is car-free, so the rhythm is slow and relaxed. A picnic lunch on the beach features fresh seafood and tropical fruits while you soak in the ocean breeze. Later, there is free time for shopping at artisan stores or visiting cafes.

The boat ride back to Teluk Nare passes through Monkey Forest, where cheeky long-tailed macaques swing through the trees. Back at the resort, you have time to unwind before a buffet dinner.

After breakfast, we journey a short distance to a traditional Lombok cooking class. Fresh vegetables are picked from the garden and ancestral recipes are brought to life. Lunch is shared among the group, a delicious reward for your efforts.

In the afternoon, we explore Mataram. Visits include the Islamic Center Mosque, Loang Baloq Mosque, and a local artisan market for textiles and crafts. There is time for reflection and personal exploration before returning to the resort for dinner and an optional evening sharing circle.

Check out from your resort and travel north toward the Sembalun Highlands. We take a gentle trek to Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep Waterfalls, walking through lush jungle paths. Multi-level waterfalls cascade into natural pools where you can swim and refresh.

Lunch is at a local restaurant before a scenic three-hour transfer to the Sembalun Highlands. The landscape shifts from coast to volcano, and cooler highland air signals your arrival. Check in at the highland lodge, surrounded by rice terraces and volcano views. Dinner is at the lodge and the evening is free to rest.

A 3:30am wake-up ensures you are ready for the sunrise over Mount Rinjani. A soft guided trek takes approximately three hours to the viewpoint, where the volcano and surrounding valleys glow gold as the sun rises. This moment is humbling, awe-inspiring, and unforgettable.

After returning to the lodge, enjoy breakfast and explore the Sembalun Highlands. Visit flower gardens, terraced farms, and a coffee plantation at 1,400 meters above sea level for a tasting. The afternoon is free for journaling or reflection before dinner at the lodge.

After breakfast, we visit Sukarara village to see traditional weaving in action. Local women artisans demonstrate their craft, and you have the chance to try weaving yourself. Continuing to a Sasak village, you learn about traditional architecture and culture, watch a dance performance, and connect with village elders.

After lunch is at a local restaurant, we journey to Kuta Beach, arriving at a beachfront resort where you can relax by the ocean, take in the views, or swim in the pool. Dinner is at the resort and the evening is free for you to explore the resort.

After mountains and villages, Lombok’s southern coast offers calm waters and soft white sand. Optional beginner surfing lessons are available, or you can simply swim and relax at Selong Belanak Beach.

Lunch is at a beachside cafe, followed by a short walk to Bukit Merese for a sunset view over rolling hills and the glittering ocean.

In the evening we gather for a farewell dinner and reflection circle, celebrating the week of connection, growth, and shared experiences.

Your final morning is gentle, with time for a last beach walk, journaling, or soaking in the resort. A closing circle and group photo celebrate the connections and memories shared over the week.

Transfers to Lombok Airport are provided according to your flight schedule. Lombok leaves you with more than scenery, it leaves perspective, connection, and sisterhood that lasts.
