My retreats to Cairns with Sakinah Retreat was truly beyond my expectations. I was able to realigned and reprioritised my faith, while surrounding myself with a sisterhood of amazing women. Everyday felt nourishing and fulfilled both spiritually and physically.
One of the key message throughout the trip was the connection and remembrance of Allah no matter where we went. From the reflections shared during hikes and snorkelling to the congregational prayers and dzikir sessions, these are memories I'll truly treasure.
This was my second retreat with Sakinah Retreats, and each time has been nothing short of meaningful and uplifting. I'm looking forward to joining more in the future. Thank you, Ameena, for creating a beautiful space for the Muslimah community!

My main intention when going on this trip was to explore Cairns, as I’ve never been before and to build on my eman and reconnect with Allah away from our busy lives. I didn’t expect to leave feeling so fulfilled and at peace. Connecting with so many beautiful souls and to create lasting friendships and memories would have to be the highlight of this trip. Every aspect of this was well planned out and it exceeded my expectations. Ameena was truly made for this job, she thoughtful, patient and highly knowledgeable. Just being in her presence brings you peace MashaAllah. I can’t recommend this enough, it was a truly beautiful experience.

It was truly one of the most meaningful trips of my life. A special thank you to Ameena from Sakinah Retreats - It was because of her that I joined this retreat in the first place and I'm so grateful I did.
And thank you to the Moroccan Heritage Tour team - Brother Mohsin, Brother Qaseem and last but not least, everyone's cuzzie Shin. They supported and guided all of us girls with so much care, warmth and professionalism. Handling 22 women from around the world is not easy but they made it feel smooth, safe and beautifully organised.
We travelled across Morocco from west to east, experiencing incredible landscapes, culture and deeply spiritual moments. One of the most unforgettable highlights for me was witnessing Dala’il al-Khayrāt being recited..... something I had never experienced before. Alhumdulillah, Allah blessed me with that moment.
I am truly grateful to have been part of this group and to have experienced such a beautiful, spiritual journey.

A 10/10 trip and a 100% recommendation. From Marrakesh to Fes, the Sahara to Chefchaouen - - all in just 10 days.
It was a detailed and deeply spiritual tour, blending adrenaline-filled activities like quad biking with soul-awakening moments such as attending the Dala'il al-Khayrat after Asr prayer.

Had an amazing time with Sakinah Retreats. Their organisation was impeccable, everything organised and done Perfectly. They chose a beautiful location in Tuscany, the accommodation was amazing and food absolutely organic and delicious. A great group of inspirational women. Very insightful and beneficial retreat. If you’re looking to reconnect with Allah and recharge your soul, Sakinah retreats is exactly what you need. I attended the Soul Serenity retreat and from the moment it started, everything felt so intentional and uplifting.
The sense of sisterhood was incredible. Connecting with other sisters in such a supportive and warm environment was something I’ll always remember. The activities were so well thought out, keeping us engaged without feeling overwhelmed, and the balance between reflection, learning, and downtime was just perfect. Every meal served felt like it was made with love, adding to the comfort of the whole experience. The talks were deeply inspiring and left me reflecting on so many things. By the end of the retreat, I genuinely felt like a new person-more grounded, more hopeful, and more connected to Allah.
